We spend as much time as you need to go over the details, you will never be rushed out of our office. In addition to your contract you will receive colored spec sheets showing every detail of the build, detailed scope of work with a list of your allowances and if that's not enough we record our contract meetings. If we tell you something we want to make sure we stand behind it.

Don't have plans and don't know where to start, no problem. We have many years experience in taking a customers dreams and putting them on paper. We can draw your plans to your specs. Many "custom" home builders are spec home builders and employ the same substandard practices in their custom homes as they do in their spec homes. We don't cut the corners needed to compete in a spec house market.

Energy Efficiency- we pride ourselves on building one of the most energy efficient houses on the market 

with years of experience using spray foam insulation we have developed a system second to none. We spend a lot of effort inspecting and insuring you have the best insulation envelop possible. We physically inspect the insulation for voids and also inspect the house with thermal imaging camera for quality control. When building a foam house its very important you have a builder knowledgeable it this area, not all foam houses are equal. The sizing and type of heat and air is very important as it take less heat and air to satisfy a properly foamed foam house than a conventional house. There are many steps taken to create an efficient house other than just spraying foam in the walls, this is a process that starts prior to pouring the slab.

 We've had customers build a house twice as big as the house they moved out of and report energy bills up to 50% less in there new custom house built by OK Innovative Construction inc.

President/CEO-  John Fowler, lived in the Choctaw/Nicoma Park  Oklahoma area for most of his life. John started his career in construction over 25 years ago taking advantage of many great opportunities, becoming very knowledgeable in many fields. Building has always been a passion and a childhood dream of his. John has been blessed with his wife Jessica of over 20 years and 4 wonderful kids. He is involved in his local church and enjoys building relationships.
